After a tie between Alex Eastman (The Phoenix) and Joe Johnson (The Cascade), we are now in a tie-breaking voting process for the interim Western Regional Director’s position.

CUP is soliciting three additional questions that each candidate will answer in writing. Once their answers have been circulated to WRCUP papers, a second vote will take place. To submit a question, please email chief electoral officer Erin Hudson at president@cup.ca.

The deadline for questions is April 17 at 2:30 PM EDT.

The candidates will have 48 hours to respond in writing. Their responses will be distributed and voting reopened on Saturday April 19.
